Greg Dietrich serves as vice president, Operations Engineering & Excellence, for DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC), global delivery organization. Greg leads the DXC team responsible for the continual transformation of the
company’s delivery capability, applying “intelligent automation” to make DXC the most efficient, effective and valued corporation in the IT Services industry.
This multi-million dollar cultural change program leverages the latest thinking in data science, process optimization and leading edge technologies. (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) to drive over $300m in operational savings while increasing client satisfaction.
Prior to re-joining CSC, now DXC Technology, in August 2016, Greg was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in their Finance, Operations and IT division, based in New York. In this role, Greg led a technology transformation program to reduce operational risk, cost and complexity across their enterprise systems and tools. Before that, Greg worked at CSC, IBM and GE in various roles and is a graduate of GE's prestigious Information Management Leadership Program.
Greg holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York, a B.S. in Industrial & Management Engineering from RPI, and certificates in Executive Leadership and Change Leadership from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
