I am an experienced business manager with an strong commitment in the management of IT and business activities. I lead ambitious business transformation, digitization and/or cost-reduction programs, focussing on the customer experience.
During 20 years servicing some major B2C service companies, I took large responsibilities in most of all areas of their IT business. I lead sucessfully a large operational business unit as well, facing financial, commercial and social challenges.
I have met multiple technological breakthroughts, from both the supplier's and the customer's point of view. For that reason, I am now managing a large internal digital transformation program for Air France - KLM
